Activities we can work on together
Working alongside community partners throughout Los Angeles County, The Garlington Foundation provides supported employment and community support services designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and transition-age youth build greater independence, confidence, and opportunity. Through employment preparation, job development, individualized coaching, transportation support, and meaningful community engagement, we help each person identify their strengths, pursue their goals, and achieve lasting success in the workplace and community. Every service is grounded in compassion, consistency, and genuine connection.
